Liability Waiver
Terms & Conditions + Liability Waiver By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions: 1. Event Admission All attendees must present a valid ticket for entry. The event organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates event policies, without refund. 2. Assumption of Risk Attendance at this event is voluntary and may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or other hazards associated with public gatherings, food and beverage consumption, and event activities. By attending, you knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown. 3. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless RiNo Art District, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and venue operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in the event. 4. Alcohol Consumption If alcohol is served, attendees must be 21+ with valid ID. You agree to consume alcohol responsibly. The event organizer reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone at any time. 5. Health & Safety You agree not to attend if you are experiencing symptoms of illness or have been advised to isolate. You agree to comply with all applicable public health guidelines and event safety protocols. 6. Media Release By attending, you grant permission to RiNo Art District to capture and use your image, likeness, and voice in photographs, video, and promotional materials without compensation or further approval. 7. Ticket Policy All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation. The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, schedule, or venue as necessary. 8. Donations A portion or all of your ticket purchase may be considered a charitable contribution to the RiNo Art District to the extent permitted by law. Please consult your tax advisor for deductibility. 9. Force Majeure The event organizer is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellation due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, government regulation, public health concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. 10. Agreement By completing your ticket purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and Waiver.
